Q: We would like to go to Vyssi Brod by car. Is it possible to park our car there?
A: It is possible to park your car at the sites of each of your agency branch or nearby. This service is mostly free but somewhere you have to pay. The price differs from place to place.

Q: Are there any cancellation fees in case of rainy weather?
A: We cannot guarantee the weather. To avoid the explanation of any complicated rules, we pay nothing back when you have to finish your voyage earlier. Exept for special cases and pleasant people. Only in case of dangerous waters( high level), we pay back 100 %.

Q: We are complete beginners and want to rent a raft for 4 person. How many pieces of baggage can we take with?
A: 4 persons can take 2 - 4 barrels/containers without any problems. The problem is the weight of the crew. When take raft is overloaded, it is difficult to handle and it can be rubbed against the river bottom and can be damaged. When there are 6 persons in the raft, it is better to go without any baggage or to use an accompanying car.

Q: How much do you charge for a damaged raft?
A: We inform our customers how to handle the raft. In case you damage it, we replace it in the nearest boathouse and you pay the repair.
